1. Director - Emerge and Product

   Qualifications: ·Graduate/MBA with specialization in Marketing, with over 15 years of                           experience in Program Management Skills.
                            ·Applicants are expected to be having expert technical, communicational
                             and analytical skills.

2. Head: Assessments, Quality Assurance & Standards

   Qualifications: · Science /Engineering Masters. PhD-(Assessment and Evaluation
                              Methodologies online &offline) preferred.
                            · 10-15 years as a Psychometrician.

3. Dy.Director/Director: Forums – Engineering Services (ES) and Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) 

   Qualifications: · Graduate in Science/Tech/Engineering discipline. MBA preferred. 
                            · Have 12-15 years work experience. 
                            · Have minimum 5 years of experience in management position and leveraging 
                              teams.
                            ·Applicants are expected to be having expert technical, communication and
                             analytical skills.

4. Officer – NASSCOM Knowledge Network (NASSCOM Foundation) 

   Qualifications: · Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal 
                            · Proficiency in computers.

   Qualifications: · 2-4 years work experience in the development sector with exposure to community
                               based programmes.

                            · Experience of working with International development organisation/s and/or

   Qualifications: · Graduates / Post graduate / B.E / MBA.
