The posts are as follows:-

1.EDITOR (ANCIENT) -

Seat: 1

Salary:              Rs.[15600 to 39100+7600] plus govt. allowances
Age:    Below 50 years
Qualifications: * Master's Degree in History of Art/Art Criticism or equivalent qualification
                         * 10 years experience of working in a Art Journal/magazine relating to
                            Ancient Art or a Newspaper of repute.

2.RESEARCH OFFICER-

Seat:             1
Salary:    Rs.[15600 to 39100+5400] plus govt. allowances
Age:                Below 40 years
Qualifications: * Master's Degree in Cultural Anthropology/Ancient Indian History or equivalent .
                         *5 years research experience in documentation of Rural and Tribal Crafts in a recognized

museum or institution dealing with this subject.

3.ASSISTANT EDITOR(CONTEMPORARY)-

Seat:             1
Salary:    Rs.[9300 to 3400+4800]
Age:              Below 35 years
Qualifications: * Master's Degree in History of Art/Art Criticism or equivalent qualification
                         * 5 years experience in Editing and Creative Writing on Contemporary Art

4. PROGRAMME OFFICER-

Seat:                 1
Salary:    Rs.[9300 to 34800+4800]
Age:    Below 35 years
Qualifications: * Degree in Fine Arts or Applied Art or equivalent
                         * 5 years experience in bringing out publications and documentation, in layout of

exhibitions designing of catalogs, facilitating work of artists in studios etc.

5. ASSISTANT SECRETARY LIBRARY SERVICES -

Seat:                1
Salary:             Rs.[9300 to 34800+4800] plus govt. allowances
Age:                 Below 30 years
Qualifications: * Degree Library Science or equivalent
                         * 3 years experience in a govt. or public library

6.PRODUCTION ASSTT. -

Seat:                1
Salary:             Rs.[9300 to 34800+4600] plus govt. allowances
Age: Below 30 years
Qualifications: * Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts
                         * 3 years experience in handling printing jobs, layout and design of art books/catalogues

and their production.

7. SR. PRESERVATION ASSTT. -

Seat:                1
Salary:             Rs.[9300 to 34800+4600] plus govt. allowances
Age:                 Below 30 years
Qualifications: * Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts
                         * 3 years experience in conservation and restoration of art objects

8. SUPERVISORS -

Seat:                5
Salary:             Rs.[9300 to 34800+4600] plus govt. allowances
Age:                 Below 35 years
Qualifications: * Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts with specialization in the subject of the art studio to be

supervised
* 5 years experience in particular art subject to which studio caters
